Come join this supportive group as we uncover the newest approach to improving vitality and strenthening immune systems. Learn to develop coping tools and techniques for managing the stress and anxiety that inevitably affect us whether we are dealing with a specific health concern or are caring for others. As the mind-body field blossoms, we are learning that psychological factors influence the immune system, the body's network of defense and healing. Research suggests that when life offers its most difficult challenges,individuals who are able to find joy and meaning have the characteristics of the Immune Power Personality.
